One think is certain the Fattie wasn't an ordered rent boy and invited or paid to smash his way in.

What is unusual, is that he had a button up shirt on, and in his boxer shorts.
Now, we can all be a bit lazy at times, but surely no one sits about in a work style shirt and their boxers and socks. Not really the height of comfort. So you'd have to assume the 'intruder' broke in at the exact time Pelosi was getting changed out of his daily wear, and caught him with his strides down.
Coincidences do happen, mind...
